Just a little update - the drywall in the bedrooms -and the little section in the dining room where the electric panel was removed- has been patched where needed and a couple coats of mud applied. Sanding is supposed to happen tomorrow, trim on Wednesday, and painting of the trim on Thursday & Friday. In theory we're supposed to be painting bedrooms next week.
We are enjoying the "heat wave", but the resulting mud is a trial when it gets tracked into the house. Now that we have coat hooks in the lockers, that system is working out well, particularly for muddy boots & shoes.

Phase II is not going to take as long as Phase I. The end is in sight!
